We are currently looking for a FULL-TIME Territory Representative to join our innovative, growing company.

This position is primarily responsible for the promotion of a new wireless service provider, Simple Mobile (www.mysimplemobile.com), through training, merchandising and brand advocacy. This position will be responsible for delivering key messages and driving brand awareness for our client in a retail sales environment.

The Territory Representative will:
Educate and train sales force about the products key features and service offerings
Make a significant impact on sales and improve the consumer buying experience
Instill a strong belief in the Simple Mobile brand
Engage retail sales force creatively with an inspirational communication style
Provide feedback on consumer interactions
Maintain and build brand presence at retail through merchandising, display maintenance and some POP and plan-o-gram compliance
Complete call reports, paperwork, and on-going personal training in a timely manner, meeting all deadlines
Deliver training by formal and informal presentations, consistent with program goals to show product updates and sales strategies
Ensure accuracy of pricing, promotions and POP placement of client products.
Develop, implement and maintain a business plan for the designated territory, driving measurable results for stores
Conduct an average of 10 daily store visits within territory. Overnight travel is required; frequency depending on territory
Maintain working knowledge of all client products in order to be a subject matter expert
Qualifications
Must be tech-savvy and enjoy working with interactive technology gadgets
Bilingual preferred
Previous wireless retail sales and/or training experience is a plus
Bachelor degree is preferred but not required
Access to a vehicle is a MUST
Regular physical activity may be required, e.g., setting up promotional material
Ability to work full-time schedule. Typical workweek is Monday - Friday, with weekend event work 1 - 2 days a month
Must reside in a centrally-located area close to in the assigned territory
Ability to stand comfortably for up to 8 hours a day
Travel required
24/7 access to a PC computer with internet/email access
Strong working knowledge Windows and Microsoft Office
