Currently, Cass is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage an assigned sales territory in support of achieving profitable sales growth in relation to mid-market accounts. The Inside Sales Representative responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:
§ Contacting personally, by cold calls or mail, prospective customers in territory
§ Managing pipeline to support defined sales goals
§ Maintaining current information in the Sales department's database
§ Presenting the capabilities, features and benefits of products and services offered by Cass to qualified decision makers
§ Utilizing proprietary tools to calculate pricing

Skills and Abilities Required:
§ Strong ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally.
§ Self-motivated; high initiative and results-orientated team player with excellent follow-up skills
§ Enthusiastic and professional demeanor exhibiting a high-level of honesty and sincerity in interacting with prospects and customers so that a professional and trusting relationship can be formed
§ Proficiency in using the MS Office Suite
§ Strong planning and organizing skills, with the ability to balance multiple tasks and changing priorities
§ Willingness to perform necessary administrative functions to ensure all details are properly completed
§ Able to grasp new products, services and information quickly and effectively; puts this knowledge to use in the sales environment.

Education and Experience:
§ High school diploma, or equivalent, or equivalent experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
§ Minimum of 2 years sales experience or customer facing experience in a systems solution or technical environment
§ Experience in financial services industry is also preferred but not required
