Job Description

We are hiring a SEM PPC Specialist to join the Global Digital Marketing team.This is a full-time, contract to hire position. The Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the accounts in addition to understanding how search works within the digital team strategy. Optimization of bid management, ad copy testing, and landing page performance evaluation are all very import tasks in this hands-on role. Communication is essential as this person must liaison with many teams including IT, Analytics, outside vendors, etc. A background in digital marketing, search and analytics is required. This is big opportunity for a person who is driven, inventive and detailed-oriented!

Duties and Responsibilities:
Continually optimize pay-per-click campaigns in Google AdWords, Microsoft Adcenter, and other search engine marketing platforms
Implement ad copy tests to produce optimal click-through and conversion rates
Monitor campaign results, and analyze and report key metrics
Manage budgets to ensure proper allocation in accordance with goals
Utilize bid management tools
Conduct keyword research and selection for pay-per-click campaigns
Proactively offer strategic campaign recommendations
Other administrative duties
Please note this is an onsite position.
Desired Skills & Experience

Education:
BA/BS Marketing or equivalent work experience
Experience:
Minimum 5 years experience working within marketing discipline
Minimum 2-3 years working directly on search engine marketing programs with budgets exceeding $2MM per year
MBA a plus
Skills Required:
Excels at analyzing and problem solving as it relates to various pay-per-click advertising issues
Ability to analyze large data sets and produce reports
Advanced knowledge of Excel, as well as the desire to use it
Ability to find solutions quickly and effectively
Posses strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Possess strong business ethics; be reliable and dependable
Must be a cooperative team player with the ability to work independently
Experience in managing multiple campaigns and brands in an integrated environment
Adwords Certified Preferable
