HDIS is currently recruiting for an Associate Internet Marketing Manager. This position will work as part of the Marketing team to oversee and manage online marketing campaigns and web development projects for our portfolio of websites including: www.hdis.com, www.reassure.com, www.tryhdis.com, www.tryhdds.com, and www.hdismedicaid.com.
Key Job Functions & Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and track online marketing campaigns including paid search, SEO, email, affiliate, mobile, and social media
Provide business direction based on campaign performance and website analytics
Enhance website design, content, and functionality to improve customer experience
Constantly improve website conversion through optimization testing and qualitative feedback
Identify emerging online marketing and business growth opportunities
Work with marketing team and external vendors to improve merchandising performance
Support the online marketing needs of internal business units

Requirements
Education, Experience, & Skills:
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree and 2-3 years experience with B2C e-commerce and online marketing
Web design & development experience
Project management experience
Social media (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google+, Pinterest, LinkedIn)
Background in web analytics and data analysis
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Dreamweaver (HTML & CSS), Photoshop, & Magento e-commerce experience preferred
