We are currently seeking a highly driven, professional Merchandiser to join our innovative, growing company.

As a part-time Mosaic Merchandising Specialist, you will maximize retail awareness and sales of our client's
products by conducting visits to your assigned stores and theatres on a multi-day schedule (although visits may
occur M-F, Tuesdays and Wednesdays are required, along with rare weekend hours, and availability to work
special projects). You will confirm that the client's products are represented on the sales floor in proper
quantities, merchandised according to planogram specifics, and that the store has all the information and
materials necessary to achieve maximum in-store sales. Additionally, you will work closely with retail associates
and managers, informing them of new product releases, promotions and procedures.

This Mosaic Specialist will also survey stores - collecting data by measuring and photographing fixtures - and then
will enter data and upload photos into the survey. This will require extensive attention to detail and the ability to
accurately use a tape measure and computer to input accurate data.

The Merchandising Specialist will:
Conduct multiple weekly store visits according to the store-specific coverage model
Maximize visual presentation by stocking, facing, and pricing products
Build large displays and place marketing materials per program instructions
Create product awareness and added value placement opportunities in-store
Scan and report and manage stock levels by title to generate order information
Strive to consistently meet and exceed all program objectives
Complete all administrative duties in accordance with Mosaic client instructions
Display a professional demeanor while representing clients and Mosaic
Qualifications
Experience with or abilities for communicating with store management and associates as well as building
positive relationships with all
Success in meeting performance goals within a structured environment, a plus
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task required
Available to conduct weekly visits to your assigned stores on a multi-day schedule (although visits may
occur M-F, Tuesdays and Wednesdays are required, along with rare weekend hours, and availability to work
special projects)\Ability to work full 8 hours shifts (where necessary), possibly on your feet
Capable of utilizing the latest in hand-held computer technology for data collection and reporting\Have
proficiency in using a tape measure and a camera
Have proficiency in accurately collecting data and inputting that data on a computer provided at the store
Ability to complete online training as required on your personal computer, and the ability to print
appropriate, required materials (printing expenses will be reimbursed).
Reliable daily transportation to travel within your territory
Must be at least 18 years of age
