Mobile Ad Operations Manager with ZYNGA

The Mobile Ad Operations Manager will be joining Zynga Mobile focused on managing in-game advertising inventory and monetization, for several games. This person will be an experienced professional who is a creative problem solver, hands on and focused on working towards defined goals. You will work closely with various team members, from direct ad sales, to product, marketing and even developers. The role also requires extensive interactions with external monetization partners. The focus will include launching, managing and optimizing numerous Ad Networks and Direct Brand Campaigns, across multiple IP and device types; with a focus on campaign management efficiencies, increased monetization across partners and games.
Responsibilities:
• Schedule, mediate and monitor the delivery of mobile ad campaigns • Optimize overall eCPMs by trafficking ad fills across multiple Ad Networks, across IP and Geo • Manage campaigns daily by adding/excluding networks, targeting and interpreting delivery • Evaluate CPC/CPA campaigns based on projections and performance • Assist in the approval process of direct sales insertion orders • Identify and report discrepancies on ad campaign delivery • Proactively analyze and shift traffic to profitable network sources to achieve target metrics • Evolve internal processes and effectively prioritize daily tasks, customer and internal requests • Communicate with 3rd party ad vendors and develop synergistic relationships • Troubleshoot and QA if necessary ad creative issues including rich media • Deliver appropriate post campaign reporting and proof of implementation to clients
Required Skills:
• BA Required • 2-6 years in online or mobile ad trafficking, optimization and campaign management • Demonstrated success in managing large scale ad inventory, campaigns and networks • Results driven with exceptional detail and passion for metrics driven environment • Exceptional communication skills and a “Team-First” attitude • Strong analytical and quantitative skills • Self-Starter with the ability to thrive in a fast paced culture • Hands on Experience with ad serving dashboards and reporting metrics • Experience with 3rd party rich media vendors, custom ads and IAB banner specifications • Passion for achieving goals • Strong experience with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel • Knowledge of the game industry a plus
