We are seeking highly motivatedInside Sales Professionals to join our team and to help us take our business to the next level – including sales growth and service excellence.
Responsibilities
To provide the highest levels of professional client service and to consistently meet individual Medical Testing sales goals. Specific responsibilities include -
- Answering inbound client calls
- Conducting risk/needs assessments with clients
- Explaining and recommending appropriate testing services
- Reviewing test results with clients
- Answering questions and counseling clients on appropriate next steps
Requirements
As an Inside Sales Professional, you are required to meet the following criteria in order to be considered for this position:
- Degree in nursing, wellness or health-related field of study (required)
- Minimum two years work experience in field of study (required)
- Minimum two years sales experience (strongly preferred)
- Self-motivated, goal oriented, and comfortable in 100% commissioned sales environment.
- Ability to work consistent 5 day/ 40 hours per week schedule
- Access to a home-office that provides a quiet and professional atmosphere
- Capable to learn and effectively use technology
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
