Provides administrative support for Marketing, Operations and Sales, including scheduling meetings and appointments, typing correspondence, presentations, travel arrangements, Kronos support, etc.
Composes and types routine correspondence Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities and records and transcribes minutes of meetings Arranges and coordinates travel schedules, reservations and expense reports Kronos support Makes copies of correspondence or other printed materials Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including email and faxes Orders and maintains supplies Conducts research and compiles statistical reporting for KPI decks Assists with various program operations as requested Other duties as assigned
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must possess interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a wide variety of internal and external business contacts Required Experience
Associates degree or equivalent experience 1-3 years of clerical or administrative experience Strong computer and keyboarding skills Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information
